Big Thanks to Sweets for sharing his residency with us so we can bring in our great friend Marc Fairfield from Arizona! Marc and Troy might even be breaking out some originals they have been working on for the past year so be sure to catch some new jams from the artist themselves! For 15 years Marc Fairfield has shared his passion for house music. His well-crafted and technical sets have allowed him to play beside some of the biggest names in the industry. Sexy vocals, deep bass lines, and a wide array of instruments are staples in his sets.
In 1999 He formed Our House Productions; a production company based in Chicago. During that time OHP hosted parties with the best talent that this music has to offer. He has been booked to play shows across the country in places such as Chicago, Portland, Denver, Milwaukee, Las Vegas, Phoenix, L.A., and Miami. He made Phoenix his home in 2008 where he continued to thrive as a DJ/Producer.
He has held multiple residencies while playing some of the hottest house nights in Phoenix/Scottsdale including Solstice, Fuse, Switch, and Retro Hi-Fi. He was one of the resident DJ’s for Boom 56, which is helped put Phoenix on the funky jackin map. He was the winner of the 2009 Phoenix New Times Spin-off, and started a successful podcast called Kick Down 2 Get Down where he reached tens of thousands of listeners. This podcast was picked up by Radio Bee FM in Pattaya City, Thailand (The #1 rated and 1st and only 100% dance music radio station in Thailand).
2012 saw his production work flourish. His debut EP “Phoenix Rising” on Juiced Music saw 3 of 4 tracks make it into the Traxsource Jackin Top 100 with “My Spirit” making it into the Top 25. His follow up EP “Laura’s Swag” on Greenhouse Recordings saw all 3 tracks get into the Traxsource and Stompy Top 100 with “The Middle” reaching #1 for two months.
